Oven Parts - Specialty Of Every Oven

An oven has various parts with each part having an advantage of its own. These oven parts function in different ways to make the oven a complete whole. It is because of these oven parts that each oven has a special look of its own.

Regular Oven Parts

Almost all the types of oven have the same advantageous parts. But sometimes an oven might have different special parts of its own that make it useful than other conventional ovens.
Following are the advantageous oven parts common to all ovens:
The doors - the doors are usually made of stainless steel. When tightly closed, they help the food to cook better by sealing any outside air from entering the interiors of the oven.
The trays - they hold the cooking container and can be heated to various temperatures according to the need of the food. The trays are removable and easy to clean.
The floors and walls - these are acid resistant. They also trap the heat and do not spread it to other oven parts.
Temperature controllers - they control the temperature and raise it and lower it according to the convenience of the user.
The fans - most of the ovens have fans. The fans help in cooling of the food. Sometimes the fans as in convection oven help the hot air to enter the food and make it tender and delicious.
The lights - there are interior lights that help you to clearly view the interior of the oven. There are also indicator lights, which cycle on and off to indicate the end of cooking and indicate the raise of temperature.

These oven parts often differ in their range of functions depending on how it is used for industrial, laboratory, hotels or homely purposes.
